Withdrawn receipts

We signed these, then withdrew them. They are kept rather than deleted, so that the withdrawal is something you can check rather than something we assert.

A withdrawn receipt is not part of the record. It does not appear on the receipts board and is not counted in its figures. The full account of why these were pulled, and what it changed in our method, is in the errata on the methodology page.
